Job summary

HealthNet is seeking an Outreach Enrollment Specialist to educate and enroll uninsured and underinsured individuals in Indianapolis. You will establish community partnerships, coordinate with HealthNet programs, and assist with enrollment procedures.

This full-time, grant-funded role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with a Bachelor’s preferred, and knowledge of Medicaid/ACA. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Indiana Navigator Certification preferred but can be obtained after hiring.
• Knowledge of Medicaid and ACA is a plus.
• Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Establish community partnerships and increase awareness of HealthNet services.
• Provide outreach and enrollment assistance for uninsured individuals.
• Collaborate with HealthNet departments to support in-reach for existing patients.
• Receive and follow up on referrals in a timely manner.
• Identify and maintain relationships with community groups to promote insurance options.
• Participate in community events to promote HealthNet and its services.
• Attend all required trainings.
