The position offers full-time hours with potential evenings for events; Indiana-specific requirements include navigator certification and knowledge of Medicaid/ACA.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Navigator certification preferred but can be obtained after hiring.
• Knowledge of Medicaid/ACA/HIP 2.0 is a plus.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation required; travel to health centers.

Responsibilities

• Establish community partnerships and raise awareness of HealthNet and services.
• Provide outreach and enrollment assistance for uninsured individuals.
• Collaborate with HealthNet departments to support in-reach efforts for patients.
• Receive and follow up on referrals (internal and external) promptly.
• Build relationships with individuals, groups, and organizations to promote insurance options and referrals.
• Participate in community events to promote HealthNet and its services.
• Attend all required trainings.
