BayCare Health System is seeking a Health Educator to join our Community Health team. This PRN position will focus on community and corporate wellness screenings and health education across BayCare’s service area, with travel within the home county and to sister counties using your own transportation.

Responsibilities include reviewing screening assessments, identifying risk factors, referring customers to services, and maintaining teaching materials.

Competenze

• Associate degree in nursing or healthcare-related field required.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field acceptable.
• Preferred Bachelor's of Nursing.

• Review screening assessments.
• Identify risk factors and discuss lifestyle changes with customers.
• Refer customers to appropriate services.
• Maintain and distribute teaching materials.
• Facilitate education programs for team members and the community.
