Big Bend Hospice is seeking a Community Educator to expand our presence across Bay County by building strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals. You will drive referrals and admissions through strategic outreach and education, serving as a trusted liaison for patients and families in the community.

You will collaborate with the Community Education Manager to plan territory strategies, utilize CRM tools, and track referral outcomes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in marketing, public relations, or outreach.
Experience in healthcare outreach or provider relations is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication required.

Responsabilités

Build and maintain partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and community organizations.
Expand Big Bend Hospice's referral network through targeted outreach.
Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to increase referrals and admissions.
Serve as a trusted representative of Big Bend Hospice with healthcare providers.
Promote hospice services at community events and educational programs.
Coordinate with internal teams to support education and provider engagement.
