Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Nutrition, or Exercise.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nutrition assessment and counseling within scope of practice.
• Develop action plans with measurable goals and monitor outcomes.
• Support chronic disease prevention and management with evidence-based nutrition.
• Develop and facilitate group nutrition education classes.
• Create and maintain nutrition content and self-guided materials for clients.
• Refer clients to appropriate providers when needs fall outside program scope.
