Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a High-Level Clinical Nutrition Manager / Registered Dietitian to lead and grow nutrition services across multiple healthcare sites, including Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian in Newport Beach. You will recruit, credential, and mentor clinical teams while aligning care delivery with regulatory standards and hospital goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nutrition or dietetics; RD eligibility required by 1/1/24.
• Must obtain RDN status within 120 days of hire (if not credentialed).
• State licensure/certification as required by state law at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical nutrition and patient foodservice operations across multiple sites.
• Guide a diverse team of professionals and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with medical, nursing, and administrative leaders on care delivery and protocol development.
• Drive continuous improvement using clinical and financial data.
