Responsibilities

  • Computer data entry (30%). Learn and update knowledge of the network software and other software needed for job duties.
  • Receptionist/Customer Service duties (40%). Answer phones, greet and register clients, distribute interoffice mail, mail reminder cards, monitor supplies, maintain professional demeanor.
  • Financial/Fee Collection (20%). Collect insurance information, complete daily summaries, maintain financial records, handle monies securely.
  • Cross Train (5%). May assist with home visits or school screenings, data entry during visits.
  • Meetings (5%). Attend staff and committee meetings and health fairs.
