Job summary

CAPS & Maple City Health Care Center is seeking a Front Office Team Member in Goshen, IN to support the Patient Resources Team. You will greet patients, verify insurance, schedule visits, and assist with data entry while protecting patient privacy.

You will drive the mobile health unit to community events, set up and tear down per protocol, and liaise with staff and patients. A high school diploma and health care customer service experience are required; bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred; ability to assist diverse patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a fast-paced setting with professional service.
• Schedule visits, verify insurance, collect demographics, and assist with data entry.
• Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Support community enrollment events and operate the mobile health unit.
• Communicate with staff and patients; handle telephone encounters as needed.
