Job summary

Comcast is seeking a sales-focused professional to promote XFINITY products at assigned Communities and develop strong relationships with property management. You will support sales, retain customers, and drive subscriber growth through on-site visits and program partnerships.

The role requires knowledge of Comcast products, strong communication, and the ability to work nights and weekends as needed to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience.
• 2-5 years relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote Comcast products to assigned Communities (video, high-speed Internet, voice, XFINITY Home, XFINITY Mobile).
• Build relationships with property management to drive sales and retention.
• Act as single point of contact to expedite product, technical, and customer care issues.
• Visit new build and existing Communities to generate subscriber growth and ensure service availability.
• Pitch advanced products to property management and coordinate with Account Executives.
