Job summary

Comcast seeks an on-site Community Account Representative to promote XFINITY products within large-scale multi-dwelling Communities. You will develop strong relationships with property management and leasing staff, coordinate on-site events, and drive growth through targeted sales activities.

Responsibilities include promoting video, high-speed internet, voice, XFINITY Home and XFINITY Mobile, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; may consider substantial coursework/experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Comcast products to customers on-site within multi-dwelling units.
• Facilitates penetration growth, awareness, retention and interest in XFINITY products at the Community level.
• Follows up with customers and property staff on sales, product, or service issues and resolves them promptly.
• Builds strong relationships with property management and leasing staff to support growth.
• Calls on new build Communities and attends on-site events to drive subscriber growth.
