Job summary

Comcast in Colorado is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive penetration growth in assigned Communities by promoting XFINITY video, Internet, voice, XFINITY Home and XFINITY Mobile. Build strong relationships with property management and leasing staff to grow subscriber base and retention.

You will identify new opportunities such as PMS integration and advanced products while providing ongoing sales support and coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of related sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Comcast products, promoting offerings to assigned Communities.
• Facilitates growth, awareness, retention and interest in XFINITY products at the Community level.
• Proactively follows up with customers and property staff regarding sales, product, technical, or customer care issues.
• Develops strong working relationships with property management and leasing staff.
• Calls on and visits all new build Communities on a regular basis before occupancy; manages on-site events.
• Identifies and pitches new opportunities to property management staff; collaborates with Comcast Business for expansion.
