Job summary

Glass Court Swim and Fitness in Lombard, IL seeks a community-facing outreach role to grow members and sponsorships. You’ll connect with local businesses, schools, leagues, and organizations, guiding tours, conversations, and events that convert visitors into members across swim, racquetball, and fitness.

You’ll own sponsorships, bookings for the event space, and CRM documentation, turning relationships into measurable outcomes and revenue for a rapidly growing club.

Qualifications

• Experience in membership sales, hospitality, event sales, sponsorship sales, or community relations.
• Strong relationship-building with local businesses and organizations.
• Comfort using a CRM and related tech.
• Background in fitness, aquatics, or youth programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Community outreach and relationship-building with local businesses, schools, leagues, and organizations.
• Membership tours and conversations that turn visitors into members across swim, racquetball, and fitness.
• Sponsorship relationships for racquetball tournaments and club events.
• Booking and promoting our party and event space to grow revenue.
• Referral generation from current members and community contacts.
• Accurate, consistent CRM documentation of calls, visits, tours, and outcomes.
