Lakeshore Sport & Fitness in Lincoln Park seeks a Community & Guest Experience Lead who brings energy, is easy to talk to, and loves meeting people. You’ll own outreach, generate leads, and ensure every guest leaves with a great impression.

This role blends guerrilla marketing, neighborhood partnerships, front desk hospitality, and event support to grow memberships and enhance member experiences.

Key responsibilities

Guerrilla marketing + lead generation

• Bring fresh, high-energy marketing ideas to the neighborhood
• Run promotions and campaigns that drive leads and memberships
• Track what’s working and refine based on results
• Coordinate messaging tied to club programming and adult events

Neighborhood partnerships

• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations
• Create partnership opportunities that increase awareness and bring in new faces
• Represent Lakeshore professionally and follow up consistently

Front desk + customer experience

• Lead with hospitality at the front desk—friendly, fast, and welcoming
• Coach and support the team to ensure strong service every time
• Own follow-up on questions, tours, leads, and guest needs
• Step in to help resolve issues quickly and positively

Adult events + programming support

• Help promote and support adult events that attract the right audience
• Support guest flow and the overall event experience
• Capture opportunities and leads before and after events
