This full-time, on-site role involves daily interaction with players, moderating discussions, resolving issues, and collecting feedback to improve the experience.

You will plan campaigns, events, and content to boost engagement and retention, collaborating with product, marketing, and support.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media accounts for a brand/startup with measurable results.
• Strong writing and editing skills with internet culture awareness.
• Proficient in shooting and editing short-form video using CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Organized, publishing calendar management, and analytics-driven improvement.
• Familiarity with poker, gaming, or consumer apps is a plus.
• On-site work in New York City.
• Equinox membership and in-office meals are provided.

Responsibilities

• Own the social content calendar and publish across channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and X.
• Create and edit social content, including short-form videos, captions, stories, memes, and simple graphics; coordinate with designers.
