Job summary

LandEarly is seeking a Community Manager to nurture relationships with users and amplify their voice inside the company. You will own day-to-day engagement across channels, develop a content calendar, and act as a bridge between users and product teams to surface feedback and issues.

You will monitor sentiment, plan programs like AMAs and ambassador campaigns, and track engagement and growth metrics to inform leadership decisions. 2+ years in related roles preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in community management or similar user-facing roles.
• Excellent written communication and brand voice.
• Comfort across platforms (social media, Discord/Slack, email, in-app messaging).
• Data-informed approach to growth with ability to track metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day engagement across community channels and respond to questions.
• Develop and execute a content calendar to inform and engage users.
• Bridge users with internal teams to surface feedback and issues.
• Monitor sentiment and flag risks or opportunities across platforms.
• Plan community programs like AMAs, spotlights, referrals, or ambassadors.
• Track and report community health metrics to leadership.
