Job summary

Truv is seeking a voice lead for its MyTruv app to own content across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, turning creator moments into a steady posting cadence.

You will manage content, community, comments, and DMs, working with UGC creators to amplify their content and grow the audience. This is an hourly contract with potential to become full-time, welcoming students and early-career candidates.

Qualifications

• Native English speaking with strong tone, timing, and sense of humor.
• Proactive and self-driven: owns the lane and nothing told.
• Experience growing a social channel or community and can show results.

Responsibilities

• Own content across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram: plan, package, and post.
• Grow and nurture the community, building tone and rituals that retain users.
• Be the front-line voice in comments and DMs: reply quickly, stay on-brand, convert commenters to users.
