Job summary

RKW Residential in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the property's appearance and safety while delivering excellent tenant service. You will perform routine maintenance, respond to requests, and help keep common areas clean.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read basic English. Prior experience with inventory software and order processing is a plus; swimming pool knowledge is optional.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property to ensure good working order and curb appeal while providing superior customer service to residents.
• Inspect the community daily to remove litter and droppings.
• Clean and maintain trash storage areas.
• Distribute notices and communication to residents as needed.
• Maintain an operating environment to achieve a satisfactory level of Residents' service.
• Perform casual labor as directed by Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager following safety procedures.
• Routinely inspect common areas to ensure they are maintained and aesthetically appealing.
• Report to Maintenance Supervisor all problems, including items not on the list.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition and assist with records of scheduled maintenance.
• Observe safety standards and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
