Job summary

Ocean Park in Oceanside, CA, is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper to maintain exterior areas, assist residents, and support daily groundskeeping duties. The role focuses on keeping the property clean, safe, and presentable throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of custodial or groundskeeping experience.
• Commitment to safety standards at all times.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions from supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Unlock laundry rooms, pool area, and clubhouse at the start of each day.
• Patrol the grounds for debris in the morning and at day end.
• Clean laundry rooms, wipe machines, sweep floors and wash windows.
• Return shopping carts to the shopping center and manage trash removal.
• Clean restrooms and clubhouse daily; pick up trash in carports and hallways.
• Sweep refuse areas and maintain pool deck and furniture cleanliness.
• Vacuum hallways as applicable and assist with exterior cleaning tasks.
