Job summary

Point Real Estate Management LLC is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper to join our team in Wisconsin. This full-time role maintains the community grounds, lawns, trees, shrubs, and outdoor features to keep the property attractive and well cared for.

Responsibilities include janitorial tasks, litter pickup, mowing, trimming, sprinkler maintenance, and assisting with make-readies and pool areas. Candidates should have general grounds, yard and maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• General grounds, yard and maintenance experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Janitorial tasks
• Pick up litter daily
• Sweep or blow breezeways
• Clean areas around dumpsters
• Clean out vacant apartments
• Clean mailroom, pool areas, laundry room, etc.
• Assist with pool maintenance
• Grounds maintenance (unless performed by sub-contractor)
• Water as needed
• Maintain the sprinkler system
• Use insecticides, fertilizers and herbicides as needed
• Mow and trim lawn
• Reseed lawn and replant if necessary
• Stake trees
• Prune trees and shrubs
• Weed lawns and planted areas
• Make drainage corrections
• General maintenance
• Replace common area lightbulbs
• Distribute notices
• Assist in Make-Readies and other maintenance work
