• Grounds duties: water as needed; mow and trim lawn; maintain sprinkler system; weed lawns and planted areas; prune trees and shrubs; reseed and replant if necessary; manage drainage as needed.
• General maintenance: replace common area lightbulbs; assist in make-readies and other maintenance work as directed.
