Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily, pick up debris, operate the compactor, and empty common area trash cans
• Keep curbs and speed breakers painted and in good repair
• Maintain and clean the pool and pool area
• Assist in other maintenance tasks as needed by the service manager
• Support special projects or activities designated by the Company
