Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Experience in grounds keeping, landscaping, pool maintenance or related duties preferred.
• Must be customer-focused and able to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash from offices, common areas, and perimeter daily.
• Assist with make ready by removing trash from vacant apartments.
• Clean and maintain pool; monitor chemical balance.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, walkways, and amenities.
• Replace lightbulbs, remove litter, paint, and perform minor repairs.
• Assist in other maintenance tasks including make ready and landscaping.
• Identify safety issues and report to maintenance supervisor.
• Check community gates for proper operation.
• Assist with housekeeping, notices, inspections, and other tasks as needed.
