Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in groundskeeping, janitorial services, or general maintenance preferred.
• Basic cleaning and landscaping knowledge required.
• General handyman abilities with tools and minor repairs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and facilities.
• Perform trash pickup and keep property grounds clean.
• Sweep, pressure wash, and maintain breezeways, sidewalks, and parking areas.
• Assist with basic landscaping tasks to boost curb appeal.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in and assist with maintenance tasks.
• Report safety hazards and help with event setups.
