Reporting to the CEO, you will guide multi-year plans, ensure equity across program work, and collaborate with fundraising and community engagement to elect and mobilize conservation leaders.

• 7+ years of management experience overseeing leaders and teams.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage policy and political teams across departments.
• Develop multi-year program and campaign plans with leadership alignment.
• Shape political strategy and accountable electoral work with CEO input.
• Embed equity and racial justice in programmatic work.
• Serve as liaison for foundation giving with the development team.
• Oversee budgeting, planning, and staff development for the team.
