Responsibilities

• Greet and direct clients and visitors.
• Oversee volunteers.
• Develop and maintain a volunteer database.
• Provide social services to clients.
• Oversee food pantry.
• Prepare and distribute food boxes and bags.
• Assist with loading and unloading of food donations.
• Coordinate holiday projects.
• Maintain client files.
• Report stats to appropriate programs and agencies.
• Perform general clerical duties.
• Attend Community Agency Meetings.
• Attend staff and Advisory Council meetings, training, and conferences.
• Conduct assessments.
• Assist with budget process for the social services department.
