Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a full-time front desk/pantry support role in Keokuk, IA. The position handles visitor greeting, phone routing, and client data entry, while ensuring pantry inventory is stocked and maintained.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and projects
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and ability to use a web-based payroll/timekeeping system
• Administrative skills: data entry, 10-key, filing and office equipment usage
• Strong written and spoken communication, and ability to maintain professional relationships
• Ability to handle confidential information and pass background checks

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct calls to appropriate personnel
• Answer phone calls and route to the correct person
• Enter client information into the database accurately
• Ensure pantry equipment is stocked and cleaned
• Attend required meetings and assist with various tasks as needed
• Sort and stock personal care items and manage pantry inventory
• Act as back-up driver for Feeding America pick up and assist Social Services Case Worker as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
