Encompass Health is hiring a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, design, and manage individualized therapy plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. You will assess progress, adjust treatments as needed, and document outcomes while celebrating patient milestones.

The role requires current state licensure and ASHA CCC, with CPR certification due within 30 days of hire; Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of CCC (ASHA).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
