Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, develop, and oversee personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. You will identify issues, modify therapy as needed, and document progress while celebrating patient victories along the way.

The role requires state licensure in Speech Therapy, ASHA CCC certification, and CPR/BLS within 30 days of hire, with a Master’s degree preferred or a Bachelor’s with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• State licensure in Speech Therapy is required.
• ASHA CCC certification is required.
• CPR/BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.

Education
