Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited residency.
• Licensing through the USMLE and unrestricted Massachusetts medical license.
• Specialty board certification or within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the practice call schedule.
• Maintain patient medical records in the EHR promptly.
• Provide routine and emergency clinic care.
• Support CHP’s mission and values.
• Be a community ambassador for CHP.
• Participate in meetings and peer review as needed.
