The role requires a high school diploma, completion of an accredited CMA program, and Massachusetts CMA certification; EMR experience is a plus. Bilingual Spanish is a bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and CMA program completion.
• Massachusetts CMA Certification is required.
• Experience with electronic medical records is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and escort patients; record vitals and intake to aid providers.
• Assist with exams, procedures, and post-visit guidance.
• Prepare lab orders, handle specimens, and maintain exam rooms.
