Job summary

Community Health Programs (CHP) is a mission-driven nonprofit network delivering primary care, women’s health, dental, nutrition, and behavioral health services in the Berkshires. CHP seeks a physician to provide comprehensive, ongoing care, support health promotion, and uphold CHP’s mission and values in a rural FQHC setting.

The role requires board certification or eligibility, Massachusetts medical license, USMLE licensing, and 3+ years clinical experience.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited medical school.
Completion of an accredited residency.
Licensing through the USMLE.
Active and unrestricted Massachusetts medical license.
Specialty board certification or obtaining such within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

Participate in the practice call schedule.
Maintain patient medical records in the electronic health record in a timely fashion.
Submit patient charges in a timely fashion.
Support the mission, vision and values of CHP.
Be a community ambassador for CHP.
Abide by all HR policies and professional behavior standards.
Participate in meetings and events in a positive, collaborative manner.
Provide guidance and feedback to colleagues and the organization.
Participate in the peer review program.
Supervise colleagues as needed.
