Community Health Programs (CHP) seeks a Certified Medical Assistant to join our Berkshire County clinics. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to deliver compassionate patient care and ensure smooth flow of visits.

The successful candidate will travel to CHP’s practices in Berkshire County as needed, may work some weekends, and uphold CHP’s mission, values, and compliance standards in a caring, collaborative environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of CMA program.
• Massachusetts CMA Certification required.
• Medical office experience and EMR experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and escort patients, record vital signs, and assist with exams per protocol.
• May perform EKGs, lab prep, specimen handling, and room restocking.
• Administer vaccines (if CMA) and keep certifications current.
• Coordinate scheduling, answer calls, and assist with clerical duties.
• Triage patients per protocol and ensure proper follow-up bookings.
• Maintain CPR certification and yearly competency reviews.
