Job summary

Community Health Programs (CHP) is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Berkshire-area clinics in a full-time role with great benefits. The LPN will triage patients by phone or walk-in, support CHP Physicians, and help supervise clinical staff while delivering high-quality patient care.

We require graduation from an accredited nursing program, MA LPN license, at least three years in ambulatory care, and EMR experience; CPR is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Minimum of three years' experience in an ambulatory setting.
• Massachusetts Practical Nurse license required.
• Electronic medical records experience required.
• CPR certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients by telephone or walk-in; determine urgency and level of care.
• Assist physicians with procedures requiring nursing support and administer immunizations.
• Manage prescription medication requests; process laboratory results and chart procedures.
• Ensure accurate billing codes and perform routine office duties.
