Job summary

ConnectedHealth is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to deliver comprehensive primary care in a community-focused clinic near Eureka, California. The role requires CA PA licensure, NCCPA certification, and an unrestricted DEA license with an active NPI number.

BLS certification is required. You will collaborate with a supportive team to care for diverse patient populations in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed California Physician Assistant with NCCPA certification.
• Unrestricted DEA license and active NPI number are required.
• BLS certification is required at minimum.
• CA PA license must be active and in good standing.
• ND license verification and credentialing per clinic policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care across diverse patient age groups.
• Conduct physical exams, order diagnostics, and prescribe medications as appropriate.
• Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and responsiveness to patients, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Support and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient information.
• Ensure compliance with attendance, licensure, and clinic regulations.
• Participate in staff meetings, committees, and special projects as needed.
• Assist with the development and implementation of clinic policies and procedures.
• Engage in continuous learning to advance skills and knowledge.
