Job summary

Community Health Centers of America is seeking a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care clinic in Fair Oaks, CA. This full-time role involves delivering comprehensive primary care in a community-focused setting.

The position requires CA NP or PA licensure, DEA and BLS, and at least 1 year of experience in a community clinic; bilingual skills are a plus. We offer competitive pay and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree from a recognized university.
• CA NP or PA license required.
• 1 year experience, preferably in a community clinic.
• FQHC experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
• Current valid DEA and BLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, educational experience for patients while upholding standard of care per California Medical & Nursing Boards.
• Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment and prognosis.
• Provide all services in accordance with accepted medical standards and organizational policies.
• Maintain complete, accurate medical records according to established protocols.
• Participate in quality assurance, peer review and utilization activities as assigned.
