Job summary
MACT Health Board Inc is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant for a full-time role in our California clinics. You will provide primary care services under standardized protocols, deliver high-quality care, and support a broad range of services across medical, behavioral health, and preventive care.
The position requires a current California PA license, a DEA license, CPR/ALS, and a commitment to the Indian Health care mission.
Qualifications
- Current California Physician's Assistant license.
- 1 year of recent ambulatory care experience preferred.
- Current DEA license.
- Current CPR or ALS certification.
- Clean DMV record and MACT auto insurance eligibility.
- Current BLS/ALS certificate.
- Must pass Occupational Health Screening.
- Must possess valid I-9 form per US law (E Verify).
- Clean DMV driving record and MACT auto insurance eligibility.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary health care under standardized protocols in California.
- Deliver high-quality care within scope of training and experience.
- Evaluate and treat acute injuries and illnesses.
- Provide preventative health services.
- Conduct and record physical examinations with findings.
- Prescribe medications and promote preventive health practices.
- Collaborate with other providers on patient care.
- Maintain and enhance professional knowledge.
