Job summary

CommonWealth Central Credit Union is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead ad copy, promotions and multi-channel programs from our San Jose area corporate office. The role emphasizes email campaigns, digital content and member communications to support financial wellness and community engagement.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in financial services marketing, strong writing, design and CMS skills, plus a collaborative, deadline-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to bachelor’s degree required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management, analytical, creative and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage advertising/sales promotions by developing ad copy and promotional pieces for multiple media and channels.
• Plan multi-channel marketing programs, member communications and financial wellness initiatives.
• Produce and monitor email campaigns, newsletters and other campaigns using CRM and marketing automation tools.
