Job summary

Operation HOPE is seeking a Financial Wellbeing Coach – Credit & Money Management in Chicago. This full-time role trains clients in budgeting, debt management and savings strategies, delivering in-person and virtual coaching plus community workshops.

The coach will maintain client records and build partnerships with banks and local organizations. The position reports to the HOPE Program Operations Director and requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to meet monthly production

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent 2+ years experience in finance.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations with empathy and professionalism.
Able to travel within the designated market area.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one financial coaching sessions in-person, via video, or by phone.
Develop personalized action plans for clients based on goals.
Deliver group workshops and seminars on financial literacy topics.
Refer clients to relevant resources and community partners.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM (Dynamics).
