Job summary

Campbell Property Management is hiring a full-time Janitor in Delray Beach, FL. The role covers cleaning of all common areas, restrooms, and amenities, plus basic technical duties to operate theater equipment and play scheduled movies on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

You will assist with room setups for meetings and events, maintain elevators and glass surfaces, restock supplies, and promptly address spills or hazards across the property.

Qualifications

• Must pass a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and amenity spaces.
• Perform basic technical functions to operate theater equipment and play scheduled movies on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
• Assist with room setups and breakdowns for meetings, social events, and community activities.
• Clean and sanitize elevators, including floors, walls, mirrors, handrails, doors, and tracks.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize floors and surfaces throughout the property.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors, and other glass surfaces in common areas.
• Restock restroom supplies, including paper products, soap, hand sanitizer, and other necessary supplies.
• Respond promptly to spills or other immediate cleaning needs and monitor areas for cleanliness.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, damaged equipment, leaks, or other repair needs to management.
