Job summary

Campbell Property Management is seeking a dedicated full-time cleaner in Delray Beach to maintain clubhouse and recreational facilities. You will perform cleaning of common areas, restrooms, kitchens, offices, and outdoor spaces, while following established schedules and reporting issues promptly.

The role requires reliability, a valid HS diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass a background check. You’ll work Monday–Friday with daytime hours and up to $18/hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Team player, self-starter and organized.
• Experience in pressure washing.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all common areas including clubhouse, recreational building, lobbies, hallways, stairs, catwalks, and shared spaces.
• Clean and sanitize clubhouses and restrooms, including floors, mirrors, sinks, toilets, showers, counters, and fixtures.
• Clean and maintain laundry rooms and amenities, including washers/dryers, floors, lint, dust, cobwebs, and trash.
• Keep recreational areas (gym, cardroom, library, social rooms, kitchen, etc.) clean and well maintained.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum and maintain floors throughout all areas.
• Clean and maintain elevators and tracks, interiors and fixtures.
• Empty trash containers and clean exterior surfaces.
• Polish pool deck areas and pool furniture; clean signs and metal hardware.
• Dust and remove cobwebs from ceilings, windowsills, doors, fixtures, furniture, and décor.
• Clean glass surfaces, windows, doors, and tracks.
• Maintain stairs, banisters, handrails, and rails; ensure cleanliness of all surfaces.
• Ensure exterior common areas are clean and dry.
• Replenish soap, fragrance and towel dispensers in restrooms.
• Clean and maintain kitchens in clubhouses and recreational buildings.
• Maintain office areas including floors, doors, windows, furniture, shelves and décor.
• Clean trash chute doors and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow daily/weekly cleaning schedules and rotations.
• Safely use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Perform additional tasks and special projects as directed by management.
