Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and amenity spaces.
• Perform basic technical functions to operate theater equipment and play scheduled movies on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
• Assist with room setups and breakdowns for meetings, social events, and community activities.
• Clean and sanitize elevators, including floors, walls, mirrors, handrails, doors, and tracks.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize floors and surfaces throughout the property.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors, and other glass surfaces in common areas.
• Restock restroom supplies, including paper products, soap, hand sanitizer, and other necessary supplies.
• Respond promptly to spills or other immediate cleaning needs and monitor areas for cleanliness.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, damaged equipment, leaks, or other repair needs to management.

The Janitorial/Custodial team member is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment throughout the community. This position will clean and maintain common areas and amenities, assist with room setups, support community events, and perform basic technical duties related to operating the theater and playing scheduled movies.

• Perform basic technical functions necessary to operate theater equipment and play scheduled movies on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

• Clean and sanitize elevators, including floors, walls, mirrors, handrails, buttons, doors, and tracks.
