Campbell Property Management in Coconut Creek, FL is seeking a dependable Janitor/Custodian to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of a condominium community, including common areas, hallways, and amenities.

This is a full-time on-site role requiring pride in work, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. Duties include cleaning, sanitation, exterior cleaning, notices, and vendor coordination, with pay at $17 per hour and occasional on-call nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Self-starter, organized, ability to multi-task, and good communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must pass a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all condominium common areas, buildings, hallways, and shared spaces.
• Clean and sanitize the clubhouse, restrooms, and other community amenities.
• Perform pressure washing of buildings, sidewalks, curbing, and other designated exterior areas.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and remove trash as needed to maintain a clean environment.
• Post notices on residents’ doors as directed by management.
• Escort vendors to condominium units when needed and assist with access coordination.
• Monitor common areas for cleanliness, safety concerns, and maintenance issues, reporting any concerns to management.
• Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Perform additional janitorial and general upkeep duties as assigned.
