Families in Transition, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Facilities Associate to ensure clean, safe environments across their properties. This full-time role includes various custodial responsibilities and general landscaping duties, vital for their mission to combat homelessness.

The ideal candidate will perform thorough cleaning, maintain equipment, and assist with property safety. A High School Diploma and valid driver's license are required, with benefits including medical, dental, and generous

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to various locations in Manchester and Concord.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of objects up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Perform general custodial responsibilities in common areas.
• Thoroughly clean apartments during turnover.
• Maintain the exterior of buildings and manage safety deficiencies.
• Operate and maintain commercial cleaning equipment.
• Assist Facilities Technicians with various tasks.
