Job summary

Qualifications

• Related experience in maintenance or janitorial work is preferred.
• On-the-job training is offered by the agency.
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors is essential.
• Knowledge of general carpentry and repair is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, repairs and cleaning of agency property.
• Perform minor plumbing repairs and carpentry tasks.
• Clean and maintain facilities, including floors and high-touch surfaces.
• Assist with lawn care, snow removal and sidewalk treatment.
• Maintain maintenance records for HVAC equipment and other tasks.
