Job summary

WeWork in New York, NY is seeking a Community Lead to elevate member experiences at its location. You will report to the building manager and drive programs, events, and initiatives that connect members and guests.

Responsibilities include managing member onboarding, hosting weekly events, supporting front desk operations, and coordinating with Sales and Enterprise teams to ensure a welcoming, high-performing workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in hospitality.
• Proficient local language and understanding of local culture.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask projects from start to finish.
• You are attentive to detail and manage tasks efficiently and effectively.
• You enjoy and thrive at continually growing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members to ensure a high-quality, welcoming experience.
• Conduct move-in/out processes and onboarding for new accounts.
• Plan and host weekly community events to foster connections.
• Coordinate building operations, safety, and access control.
• Support Sales with tours and member communications.
• Maintain coverage and liaise with vendors and cleaning teams.
