Job summary

WeWork is seeking a Community Associate to be the welcoming face of the building, supporting the Community Management team and fostering a collaborative member community.

You will manage front desk duties, greet guests, assist with mail, and help coordinate events while aligning with WeWork’s mission and values. A four-year degree is preferred, plus hospitality and customer service experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality experience is preferred.
• Customer service and/or sales experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Outstanding interpersonal and multitasking abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Cover the front desk during building hours and be the on-site contact.
• Greet members and guests and build relationships to enhance community.
• Manage mail and mailroom operations, including handling courier items and lost mail.
• Support events and member engagement, including promo and broadcasts.
• Explain policies and procedures and assist with building operations as needed.
