The role requires 3–4 years in event planning or recreation programming, plus 2 years in communications, and a Bachelor's in a related field. It is an onsite, full-time position with some evenings and weekends for events.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations or related fields.
• 2 years of professional experience creating and managing communications.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan, promote and execute a comprehensive events and programming calendar for residents.
• Collaborate with the Communications Associate to develop content for the community website, newsletters, and social media.
• Produce and manage an annual budget for activity income and expenses.
• Establish partnerships with local organizations and businesses for resident benefit.
• Oversee operation of the amenity center including rentals.
• Develop and implement community policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and support for community clubs and committees.
• Foster a strong, professional relationship with the Board of Directors.
• Public speaking and community engagement responsibilities.
