You will engage prospects, applicants, and residents, assist with the application, leasing, move-in, renewal, or move-out processes, and act as a community ambassador.

The role emphasizes superior resident service, showings preparation, managing inquiries, renewals, and market insights. Strong communication and MS Office skills are valued.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Property management or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to community inquiries with a focus on exceptional living experiences.
• Deliver resident satisfaction through professional interactions.
• Attract prospects and respond to inquiries to drive leasing.
• Follow up with qualified prospects per policy.
• Assist with renewals and manage waitlists.
• Prepare property for daily showings and move-in readiness.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections using company software.
• Support Lifeworks events and know lease agreements and policies.
• Conduct market surveys to compare competition.
• Understand company software and policies.
