Job summary

Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking a creative, organized Resident Services Coordinator to enhance resident experiences in our Downtown Dallas communities.

You will lead events from planning through execution, support communications, engage residents, and collaborate with vendors and partners to build a welcoming, vibrant community. A strong hospitality mindset and proactive approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, promote, and coordinate resident events and community activities from weekly gatherings to larger functions.
• Coordinate event logistics with vendors, entertainment, supplies, setup, communications, and follow-up.
• Create and distribute flyers, newsletters, announcements, and other resident communications.
