Job summary

KW Property Management LLC is seeking an events coordinator for Tidewater by Del Webb HOA in Estero, FL. The role focuses on creating engaging social and therapeutic activities, coordinating vendors, and executing events that promote resident participation.

The coordinator will work closely with residents and the Social Committee, report to the property manager, and be involved in communications, scheduling, and budget adherence. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a social event or event planning.
• Must have strong written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to plan, implement and evaluate an ongoing events program.
• Must be able to order and maintain supplies and work within a budget.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, schedule, coordinate and implement all activities and events.
• Coordinate and manage vendors and instructors.
• Recruit, hire, schedule and evaluate instructors.
• Communicate with volunteer chairpersons.
• Coordinate tours/trips off property.
• Maintain event calendars and registration lists.
• Take photos for website and in-house station.
• Attend weekly Management Meetings.
